By signing up for any class or session, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions.
Class Locations
Studio Arcane classes are held in various studio spaces across Tokyo and Kanagawa depending on availability. Please refer to the class listing for the exact location and time details. All necessary information will be posted there before each session.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before the session. If you need to cancel, please contact us via the contact form on our website or email dani@studioarcane.jp.
Late cancellations (within 48 hours) or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
In the event of a class being cancelled by the instructor due to illness, emergencies, or studio-related issues, a full refund will be issued.
Media, Consent & Video Policy
Photos and videos may be taken during class for promotional purposes. We may also ask participants to share footage captured during class, which may be featured on our platforms.
If you do not wish to have your image or likeness used, please let us know before class verbally, and contact us via Instagram (@studioarcane.jp), email, or the website contact form.
While we will do our best to accommodate your request, please note you may appear in the background of other students’ videos.
Community Guidelines
Studio Arcane is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. While we welcome all who are respectful and open to learning, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings based on observed or reported behavior, including but not limited to:
Disrespectful or bullying behavior
Harassment or inappropriate conduct toward other participants or staff
Unwanted solicitation or attempts to sell services/products to attendees
Any form of stalking, copying, or predatory behavior
Anyone engaging in such conduct may be asked to leave immediately and will not be eligible for a refund.
Creative Integrity
We celebrate creativity and community, but we do not tolerate plagiarism or exploitation of our content. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Filming choreography with the intent to copy or redistribute for personal gain
Poaching students to build a third-party following or business
Using Studio Arcane’s branding, style, or likeness without permission
Should these behaviors be discovered, the individual will be removed from class participation and future access may be denied without refund.
Health & Safety
If you feel unwell, especially with fever or symptoms of illness, please refrain from attending class. Contact us to discuss a possible reschedule or credit.
Some rental studios may have specific health protocols (e.g. mask use), and we ask that all participants respect those guidelines when in place.
